Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, handling luggage and assisting with vehicle parking in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist guests with luggage and portage to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience at the hotel.
- Maintain the lobby area and public spaces, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Proactively seek opportunities to assist guests with directions, local information, and special requests.
- Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ensure all bellman equipment and uniforms are well-maintained and presentable.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred, though we welcome enthusiastic trainees.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
- High level of physical fitness and stamina required to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards that align with the hotel's brand identity.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
