As the face of the hotel’s transportation and arrival experience, you will set the tone for every guest's stay. We are looking for someone who takes pride in safety, punctuality, and warm hospitality. In return, we offer a highly competitive salary package ranging from ₱17,500 to ₱18,500 per month, comprehensive training, and real opportunities for career advancement within the luxury hospitality sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from local destinations, including airports, train stations, and tourist attractions.
- Handle and store guest luggage with the utmost care and ensure timely delivery to guest rooms.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of hotel guest vehicles and the hotel entrance/porte-cochère.
- Provide directions, local recommendations, and concierge-level assistance to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with valet parking services, ensuring vehicle safety and accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and concierge teams to coordinate guest requests.
- Uphold all safety and driving regulations, ensuring a secure ride for every guest.
Kualifikasi
- Valid professional driver’s license (Restriction B or higher) with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Bellman, Chauffeur, or Driver in a luxury hotel or transportation service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy luggage and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of Metro Manila roads, particularly Paranaque City and surrounding areas.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Professional grooming, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
