As a Bending Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating conventional bending machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to engineering drawings and work orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate conventional bending machines to fabricate precision metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Set up machines, adjust settings, and configure dies for different production runs
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on bending equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with tolerances
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/equivalent qualification with technical background preferred
- Previous experience operating bending machines or similar metal fabrication equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Basic understanding of measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required by production demands
