Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to participant inquiries regarding benefits programs via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, claims, and changes.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure participant satisfaction.
- Document and track all interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of participant information.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on benefits policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or benefits administration is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
