As a key player in our Human Resources function, you will ensure that our team members receive accurate, timely, and comprehensive benefits support.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our company and our employees, managing complex benefits programs, resolving inquiries, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Administer and manage company-wide benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits enrollment, eligibility, and coverage.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate premium deductions and adjustments in the HRIS.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date employee records and benefits documentation in compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Act as a liaison with insurance providers and vendors to resolve claims issues and streamline administrative processes.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to educate new hires on available benefits and enrollment procedures.
  • Analyze benefits data to provide management with insights on program effectiveness and cost-efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
