Tanggung Jawab
- Design and curate fully customized, high-end travel itineraries tailored to individual client preferences.
- Provide expert consultations on luxury destinations, premium airlines, and five-star accommodation options globally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients by providing proactive and attentive service.
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, private transfers, exclusive tours, and complex logistics.
- Exceed monthly performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize revenue.
- Resolve client travel concerns with poise, professionalism, and rapid problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with global industry partners to secure VIP amenities and unique perks for our clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury travel consultancy, high-end hospitality, or premium concierge services.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex travel concepts with sophistication.
- In-depth knowledge of global luxury travel destinations and trends.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or advanced CRM software for travel management.
