Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of travel consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement personalized travel itineraries for high-end clients
- Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and understand their travel preferences
- Oversee quality control of all travel arrangements and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage budgets and provide cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless experiences
- Conduct market research to identify new travel opportunities and destinations
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury travel planning and bespoke itineraries
- Proven leadership and team management skills in the hospitality industry
- Exceptional knowledge of Indonesian destinations, attractions, and local culture
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with travel management software and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
