Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffees, teas, juices, and non-alcoholic cocktails, adhering to resort standards and recipes.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and serving stations throughout shifts.
- Accurately take guest orders, provide insightful recommendations, and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for beverages, garnishes, and supplies, reporting any shortages promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, particularly concerning food and beverage handling.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and courteously responding to all inquiries.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of beverage stations for special events, functions, and resort activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar beverage service, F&B, or hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, service standards, and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, positive, and guest-focused demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Basic mathematical proficiency for order taking, billing, and cash handling.
- High level of attention to detail regarding cleanliness, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by a resort operation.
