- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Participate in training sessions to learn new recipes and techniques
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
