Are you a passionate coffee enthusiast with a knack for innovation? Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Beverage Innovator (NCII Barista Passer) to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the commercialization and standardization of our premium beverage offerings, ensuring every cup meets our high standards of excellence.
As a Beverage Innovator, you will be the driving force behind new drink development, translating creative concepts into commercially viable menu items. You will oversee the standardization of recipes and procedures across our outlets, ensuring consistency and quality that delights our customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend technical expertise with creative flair, working within a reputable company known for its culinary excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and commercialize innovative beverage concepts and seasonal specials.
- Ensure strict standardization of recipes, plating, and preparation methods for all drinks.
- Train and mentor baristas on proper brewing techniques, machine operation, and service standards.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on beverage preparation and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to integrate beverages seamlessly into our menu offerings.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve existing drinks and inspire new creations.
Kualifikasi
- Certified NCII Barista Passer or equivalent vocational training in hospitality.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume coffee shop or F&B establishment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and milk texturing techniques.
- Excellent ability to train and lead a team of junior staff members.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic math and inventory management.
