Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and mix house-made cocktail ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards
- Produce pre-batched beverages for multiple outlets while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure continuous production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the preparation area, adhering to food safety standards
- Collaborate with the beverage team to develop new recipes and improve existing formulations
- Label and package prepared beverages with accurate information and expiration dates
- Assist with quality control by conducting regular taste tests and adjusting formulations as needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food and beverage preparation or hospitality industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of cocktail ingredients and preparation methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
