Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach potential customers and promote beverage products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Manage daily sales operations, including stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product display organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, process transactions efficiently, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Report daily sales activities, market feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during working hours.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
