- Greet customers warmly and accurately take beverage orders to ensure satisfaction.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service counter and seating area throughout the shift.
- Restock inventory regularly to ensure product availability during peak hours.
- Upsell products and provide friendly recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the retail team to manage workflow and ensure efficient service.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA) is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
