Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and bar area
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking of supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell beverages and promotional items to enhance customer experience
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Participate in training sessions to enhance beverage knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in beverage service, bartending, or hospitality preferred
- Strong knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
