Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and cost control
- Train and mentor bar staff on beverage preparation techniques, recipes, and service standards
- Develop seasonal drink menus and implement innovative beverage promotions
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Manage bar staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with kitchen team on food-beverage pairings and special event menus
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in beverage management or supervisory role
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Certification in bartending or hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory control systems and POS software
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of Indonesian food safety regulations
