Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on beverage preparation techniques using TOFFIN's coffee machines, soft serve machines, and other equipment
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations on beverage recipes and operations
- Demonstrate proper usage and maintenance of TOFFIN's beverage equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging beverage techniques to provide cutting-edge training
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-training
- Collect client feedback and report on training effectiveness to continuously improve our programs
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and opportunities for TOFFIN's products
- Represent TOFFIN at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our equipment and expertise
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a beverage trainer, barista, or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry
- Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation, soft serve techniques, and various beverage recipes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to train diverse audiences
- Familiarity with coffee machines, soft serve machines, and other beverage equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when teaching technical concepts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training schedules across different locations
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients
