Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain scalable data warehouses and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop and manage interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous validation and auditing processes.
- Optimize statistical strategies to enhance overall data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve real-time data accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Expertise in BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex statistical data.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a significant advantage.
