Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
- Architect and optimize data warehouses and data marts to support BI initiatives
- Create and maintain data models ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement data governance frameworks for security, compliance, and quality
- Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development
- Expertise in SQL and relational database management systems
- Proficiency in ETL tools (Apache Airflow, Talend, Informatica)
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies
- Proficient in BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to data quality
