E-Team Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a highly skilled BI QA Analyst to drive quality assurance within our Business Intelligence department. Based in the vibrant business hub of Bonifacio Global City, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our data visualization tools and stakeholder reports. This is a contract opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who excels at bridging the gap between technical data teams and business stakeholders.
In this role, you will serve as a quality lead, managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle for BI dashboards and reports. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with business units to gather requirements, define test criteria, and validate data accuracy against source systems. Your expertise will ensure that all delivered dashboards meet strict standards and provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, bug reports, and compliance protocols to support continuous improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Business Intelligence dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and validate data accuracy before deployment.
- Perform data validation, sanity checks, and regression testing to ensure report integrity.
- Document all test results, defect reports, and quality metrics in a clear and organized manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with organizational QA standards and testing methodologies.
- Communicate technical findings and quality risks to the BI development team and management.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on feasibility and data quality issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in QA testing, specifically within Business Intelligence or Data Analytics environments.
- Strong understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling principles.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a contract-based environment.
