We are seeking a meticulous BI QA Analyst to join our dynamic team at Quess. - Design and implement comprehensive test plans for BI solutions including data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting tools
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing to validate data accuracy and report reliability
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard QA tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and define testing scope
- Document test cases, results, and defects with clear severity classifications
- Perform data validation through SQL queries and BI tool comparisons
- Analyze root causes of defects and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in QA with specific focus on Business Intelligence systems
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and testing complex data transformations
- Experience with ETL testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Talend, Informatica)
- Familiarity with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for data integrity verification
- Experience implementing automated testing frameworks for BI solutions
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
