Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all security operations in the Bicol Region, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of security officers, supervisors, and site managers.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement security protocols, emergency response plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and conduct training sessions to enhance skills.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, incident reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and inventory of security equipment and materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, PSP) are an advantage.
- Willingness to be assigned in various locations within Bicol Region.
