Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, write, and submit high-quality bids and proposals aligned with client requirements and RFP specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather technical specifications and design documentation
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape analysis
- Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle including proposal formatting, compliance checks, and submission deadlines
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies
- Maintain and update proposal templates, databases, and collateral libraries
- Analyze bid outcomes to identify trends and implement continuous improvement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bid and proposal management, preferably in architecture or construction
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to translate technical concepts into persuasive narratives
- Proficiency in proposal management software (e.g., PandaDoc, Qvidian) and MS Office Suite
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent deadlines
- Deep understanding of architectural processes, terminology, and industry standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail with proven ability to maintain compliance with complex requirements
