- Coordinate end-to-end proposal development for service deals
- Collaborate with pursuit teams to align bid strategies with client needs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination or bid management
- Strong understanding of sales processes and contract terminology
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and proposal software
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Experience with service-based B2B sales preferred
- Hybrid work flexibility required
