- Develop comprehensive bid strategies and proposals tailored to Australian market requirements
- Lead end-to-end bid lifecycle management from RFP analysis to submission
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to align bid content
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform bid positioning
- Manage bid documentation, compliance checks, and quality assurance
- Present bid strategies and proposals to key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate bid pipeline tracking and reporting metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of bid management experience in B2B sales environments
- Proven track record of winning bids in Australian or international markets
- Expertise in proposal development and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM and bid management software
- AU shift availability (afternoon/evening hours)
