Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end bid management lifecycle, from initial RFP/RFI analysis to final submission.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial data for proposal content.
- Review and interpret complex client requirements to develop customized value propositions.
- Ensure all submissions adhere to strict deadlines, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
- Manage the repository of proposal templates, case studies, and standard responses.
- Lead bid review meetings to assess risks, pricing strategy, and resource requirements.
- Conduct post-submission debriefs to identify areas for process improvement and win-rate optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or technical sales support.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical specifications into client-focused narratives.
- Experience in the printing, imaging, or enterprise software industry is a significant advantage.
