Tanggung Jawab

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in both English and Spanish markets.
  • Effectively qualify leads based on set company criteria and pain points.
  • Schedule high-value appointments for the sales team using our internal CRM software.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized record of all interactions and lead status updates.
  • Consistently hit or exceed daily and weekly outbound call and conversion KPIs.
  • Provide prompt and professional follow-ups via email and phone to nurture potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to refine outreach strategies and scripts.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or high-volume customer service.
  • Proven ability to navigate call reluctance and overcome objections with ease.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including experience with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent active listening skills and a persuasive, professional telephone demeanor.
