Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in both English and Spanish markets.
- Effectively qualify leads based on set company criteria and pain points.
- Schedule high-value appointments for the sales team using our internal CRM software.
- Maintain an accurate and organized record of all interactions and lead status updates.
- Consistently hit or exceed daily and weekly outbound call and conversion KPIs.
- Provide prompt and professional follow-ups via email and phone to nurture potential leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to refine outreach strategies and scripts.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or high-volume customer service.
- Proven ability to navigate call reluctance and overcome objections with ease.
- Strong technical proficiency, including experience with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Excellent active listening skills and a persuasive, professional telephone demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high-speed internet reliability.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in data management.
