Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications with Mandarin and English-speaking clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate solutions.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
- Proven experience in a client relations or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
