Key Responsibilities

Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Fluent in English (and another language is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes effectively.
