Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails from patients in both Mandarin and English.
  • Provide clear, accurate information regarding healthcare service accessibility and scheduling.
  • Resolve patient inquiries and complaints with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
  • Document all interactions accurately within the company CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal healthcare departments to expedite patient requests and solve escalated issues.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of current healthcare policies and service protocols.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting individual performance KPIs and quality standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing healthcare environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to empathize with patient concerns.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule as required by operational needs.
