Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional outbound onboarding and engagement calls to existing members.
- Provide clear, concise guidance regarding plan benefits, digital services, and available member resources.
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the internal CRM system.
- Resolve member inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance KPIs related to call volume and quality.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client-specific products and policies to deliver accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Must be fluent in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Excellent computer navigation and multitasking abilities.
- High level of reliability, accountability, and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational training is an advantage.
