Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct professional outbound onboarding and engagement calls to existing members.
  • Provide clear, concise guidance regarding plan benefits, digital services, and available member resources.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the internal CRM system.
  • Resolve member inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance KPIs related to call volume and quality.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client-specific products and policies to deliver accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be fluent in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Excellent computer navigation and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of reliability, accountability, and professional work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational training is an advantage.
