Conectys is seeking a Bilingual Japanese Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Davao City. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Japanese‑speaking customers, delivering exceptional service in both Japanese and English.

You will handle a variety of inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring each interaction is resolved efficiently and professionally. Your ability to understand cultural nuances and communicate clearly will help us maintain high customer satisfaction rates.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries from Japanese‑speaking customers in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate, up‑to‑date support in Japanese and English, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and share feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and confidentiality guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Native or near‑native proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support, call centre, or helpdesk environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in computer operation and familiar with CRM or helpdesk tools.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based in Davao City or willing to relocate.
