Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for financial communication and liaison with our Chinese partners.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Translate financial documents, contracts, and business correspondence between Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and internal company policies.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, as well as bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize financial workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is strictly required for effective communication with Chinese partners.
- Proven work experience in a finance, accounting, or similar financial support role.
- Strong understanding of local tax laws and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in standard accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
