Join PT Huaxiang Technology Power Equipment Manufacturing, a leading Indonesian transformer production facility under the listed Chinese enterprise Huaxiang Xiangneng. We seek a dynamic Bilingual HR & Administration Supervisor to drive our factory operations forward. This pivotal role combines strategic human resource management with government liaison and administrative oversight, ensuring seamless factory operations while bridging communication between Chinese and Indonesian stakeholders. You'll manage the full employee lifecycle, maintain compliance with local labor regulations, and serve as the primary point of contact with government agencies. The position requires exceptional fluency in both Chinese and Indonesian, with strong leadership skills to coordinate office staff and translate critical documents. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and labor compliance
- Manage factory administrative operations, including office logistics, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Act as primary liaison with local government agencies for permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Provide real-time Chinese-Indonesian translation for meetings, contracts, and official communications
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws and company standards
- Lead administrative team through training, performance evaluation, and process optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between Chinese expatriates and local Indonesian staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR and administration experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Native-level fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003), BPJS procedures, and government workflows
- Proven experience managing government relations and bureaucratic processes
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising administrative teams
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
