Frontier Towers is looking for a motivated Bilingual Business Development and Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between English-speaking management and Japanese partners/clients to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to support business development initiatives in Japan.
- Draft, translate, and review business reports, proposals, and presentations to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Support the leadership team in cross-border meetings by providing high-level interpretation and minute-taking services.
- Assist in the formulation of business strategies by synthesizing data trends into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of strategic projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that local operational strategies align with regional business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1 level required) and fluent English (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or a consultative analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, part-time professional environment.
