- Provide exceptional customer support to Mandarin-speaking patients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle appointment scheduling and clinical information inquiries with high attention to detail.
- Resolve patient concerns efficiently while maintaining TotalCare service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to data privacy and healthcare confidentiality protocols at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on clinical policies and support tools.
Kualifikasi
- Proven fluency in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative or Call Center role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software or ticketing systems.
- Ability to maintain a stable, high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, patient-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or medical field is a significant advantage.
