Join FPT Software as a Bilingual Sales Director and lead our expansion into high-growth markets across Asia. This pivotal role combines strategic sales leadership with bilingual capabilities to drive revenue growth in IT services, AI-powered solutions, and IT outsourcing. You'll spearhead initiatives within critical sectors including Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Financial Services Institutions (FSI), Retail, and Energy, positioning FPT as a technology transformation partner.
As a key member of our executive team, you'll develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, manage enterprise accounts, and identify emerging opportunities in digital transformation. Your bilingual fluency will bridge cultural and linguistic gaps while building relationships with C-level executives across diverse markets. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans for IT services, AI solutions, and IT outsourcing across BFSI, FSI, Retail, and Energy sectors
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving revenue targets and market expansion
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Identify and leverage AI selling methodologies to enhance client acquisition and retention
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with product teams to align sales strategies with emerging technology trends
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in IT services, AI solutions, or IT outsourcing sales
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.)
- Deep understanding of BFSI/FSI, Retail, or Energy industries
- Experience managing regional sales teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Certification in AI or digital transformation technologies (preferred)
