Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound sales calls and product presentations to Mandarin and English-speaking prospects across various markets.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales and meet monthly KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to develop effective strategies and improve customer retention rates.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales pitches.
- Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve performance and skills.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required; native or near-native proficiency highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu and amenable to shifting schedules (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays if required).
