Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, system updates, and company communications.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity goals.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- At least 6 months of call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required for fresh graduates with strong language skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple computer applications.
- Willingness to work onsite, remotely, or in a hybrid setup as required by the business.
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
