Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from Spanish-speaking healthcare providers and patients with high levels of professionalism.
  • Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Translate and interpret technical healthcare information clearly for non-English speakers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide feedback to management to help improve customer experience and operational processes.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and HIPAA compliance standards at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO, Customer Service, or Healthcare support role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable navigating multiple software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Residing in or willing to commute to Bridgetown, Quezon City.
