Yusen Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Associate (Reliever) to support our finance operations in Paranaque City. In this temporary position, you will be responsible for managing the billing lifecycle, ensuring that all customer invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with company standards. As a reliever, you will step in to cover billing duties during peak periods or for team members on leave, ensuring that our revenue recognition process remains uninterrupted. Your role will involve processing freight invoices, reconciling accounts, and communicating with customers regarding billing inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process accurate invoices and billing statements for company customers in a timely manner.
- Review and verify billing data to ensure correctness before final submission to the accounts team.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and inquiries from customers or internal departments efficiently.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all billing transactions and supporting documents.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and revenue recognition tasks.
- Collaborate with logistics coordinators to ensure shipping data and service details are correctly reflected in bills.
- Communicate billing terms and policies to customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or logistics finance is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and resolving billing issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations and shipping terminology is an advantage.
