Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for all customers.
- Review and reconcile billing statements to identify and resolve errors or discrepancies.
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare detailed monthly billing reports for management review.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, billing cycles, and account status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing procedures and systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in the company database.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in billing, finance, or telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of billing software, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
