Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute end-to-end billing processes for Middle Mile operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage reverse billing workflows, including validation, adjustments, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) cycles.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or anomalies in logistics data.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial transactions and operational billing logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing validation processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide regular reports and insights on billing performance and cost tracking to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- High level of analytical skill and attention to detail, especially in data-heavy environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce or logistics/supply chain industry is a significant advantage.
