Are you a meticulous professional with a strong background in accounting and logistics billing? PT. Good Logistics Terminal, a leading player in the logistics industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Staff to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial operations, ensuring that our billing processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with tax regulations.

As our Billing Staff, you will be responsible for the end-to-end billing cycle, from verifying service documentation to issuing invoices and managing tax documents. We are looking for someone who can work independently under tight deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices and service bills to customers based on logistics service delivery records.
  • Manage and process Faktur Pajak (tax invoices) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Verify service agreements and freight rates to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Sales departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for all billing and tax-related documents.
  • Monitor customer payment status and assist with overdue account inquiries.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly billing reports for management review.
  • Ensure all billing procedures adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, specifically regarding E-Faktur.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with logistics or freight forwarding billing systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
