In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our Provider Services team. As a Billing Trainer, you will ensure our staff is equipped with the necessary skills to handle complex medical billing inquiries, insurance claims, and patient documentation accurately and efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute training curricula for Billing and Provider Services teams.
- Conduct engaging workshops and role-playing sessions to enhance practical skills.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with management to identify training gaps and skill deficiencies.
- Update training materials to reflect changes in healthcare regulations and billing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Billing, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience as a Billing Trainer or Trainer in a BPO/Call Center setting.
- In-depth knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) and insurance claims processing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
