Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and structural engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM data across project phases.
- Execute complex Tekla Rebar detailing or architectural modeling in accordance with project standards.
- Perform regular clash detection and resolution to prevent construction-stage conflicts.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all BIM deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff (for Senior/Lead positions).
- Maintain and update project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure high-quality outputs that align with international BIM ISO standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BIM modeling and technical drafting (experience with Tekla, Revit, or Navisworks is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural detailing, and spatial coordination.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural blueprints accurately.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools: Revit, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, or similar BIM applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing technical team in Pasig City.
