Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the implementation of BIM Project Execution Plans (BEP) across various architectural projects.
- Coordinate digital workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration and data exchange between stakeholders and consultants.
- Perform regular BIM model audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
- Resolve clashes and technical conflicts within the BIM environment prior to construction phases.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members on BIM software and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of digital models and project data updates.
- Liaise with external consultants to integrate cross-disciplinary models effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in BIM coordination or management roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Construction Cloud.
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and general BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage remote collaboration effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities in a virtual environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict project deadlines.
