Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily BIM operations and coordinate model development across project teams
- Translate client requirements into comprehensive BIM model strategies and execution plans
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews to ensure model accuracy and compliance
- Resolve technical issues and clashes between architectural, structural, and MEP models
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and documentation
- Support project teams with BIM training and technical guidance
- Monitor project progress and report on BIM-related milestones and risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize BIM workflows and deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or similar role
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks)
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and compliance requirements
- Experience with clash detection, coordination, and model validation processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycle and documentation practices
