Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design disciplines into cohesive BIM models
- Perform clash detection and resolution to prevent construction conflicts
- Develop and maintain B execution plans and documentation
- Train and mentor team members on BIM tools and processes
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, ArchiCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in BIM management or related field is a plus
- Experience with BIM coordination for large-scale construction projects
