As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of our diverse architectural projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our models across multiple disciplines, including Architecture, Structural, and MEP. Your expertise will help streamline our workflows, minimize construction risks through rigorous clash detection, and ensure that every project adheres to the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the coordination of BIM models across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform comprehensive clash detection and interference checking using Navisworks to identify and resolve design conflicts early.
- Manage and maintain project-specific Revit families, templates, and BIM libraries to ensure consistency across the firm.
- Produce and review high-quality Building Plan (BP) and tender drawings derived directly from the BIM environment.
- Enforce BIM standards and execution plans (BEP) to ensure project compliance and data integrity.
- Provide technical support and BIM-related troubleshooting for the design and production teams.
- Monitor the progress of BIM modeling activities to meet strict project deadlines and delivery schedules.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with external consultants and contractors to align on digital project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field within the AEC industry.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience specifically in BIM coordination or advanced BIM modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP modules) and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements and international BIM standards.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and understand complex construction sequences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical BIM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in the Malaysian construction industry and familiarity with local BP submission requirements is preferred.
