Surbana Jurong, a global leader in urban and infrastructure consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated BIM Coordinator to join our Global Energy Department in the West Region. You will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of our engineering projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and data accuracy across all phases of design and construction.
As a BIM Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for BIM standards and workflows. You will develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), manage Common Data Environments (CDE), and provide technical support to project teams. Your expertise in clash detection, model coordination, and quantity take-offs will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our large-scale energy infrastructure projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (Architectural, Structural, MEP) for clash detection and resolution.
- Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) using platforms like BIM 360.
- Perform quality assurance checks on models to ensure compliance with project requirements and LOD specifications.
- Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and construction documentation directly from BIM models.
- Provide training and technical support to project team members on BIM software and workflows.
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings and clash detection workshops with project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Modeler on infrastructure projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and local authority requirements.
- Experience with BIM 360, Dynamo, or other automation tools is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on model accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
